Ideal para hacerla hasta con ni\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Despu\u00e9s de muchos testeos de masa, he encontrado mi masa de empanada ideal. Una masa sencilla, que apenas necesita amasado ni reposo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una masa de empanada sin reposo f\u00e1cil que seguro te anima a hacerla en casa y dejar de comprarla hecha. oliva en una sart\u00e9n grande a fuego medio.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-95\" class=\"direction-step\">Corta la cebolla y los pimientos en tiras de tama\u00f1o medio. A\u00f1\u00e1delas a la sart\u00e9n. A\u00f1ade un poco de sal y deja que la verdura se poche unos 5 minutos.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-244\" class=\"direction-step\">Cuando las verduras est\u00e9n bien pochaditas a\u00f1ade la salsa de tomate y baja el fuego al m\u00ednimo. Cocina 5 minutos m\u00e1s.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-360\" class=\"direction-step\">Pasa las verduras y el tomate a un bol y agrega el at\u00fan. Mezcla y reserva.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-436\" class=\"direction-step direction-step-group\"><strong class=\"direction-step-group-title\">Masa sin reposo:<\/strong><\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-456\" class=\"direction-step\">Coloca la harina en un bol grande y a\u00f1ade el aceite, el vino blanco la leche y la sal.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-543\" class=\"direction-step\">Comienza mezclando con una cuchara y luego con las manos. Pasa la masa a la encimera limpia y amasa con las manos hasta que quede una masa homog\u00e9nea y no se pegue en las manos. 1 minuto ser\u00e1 suficiente. Coloca la masa en el bol mientras preparas y limpias la encimera.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-812\" class=\"direction-step\">Precalienta el horno a 190\u00baC. Calor arriba y abajo.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-864\" class=\"direction-step\">Limpia la encimera y coloca 1 papel de horno sobre ella.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-921\" class=\"direction-step\">Divide la masa en 2 trozos, uno para la base y otro para cubrir.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-986\" class=\"direction-step\">Coloca uno de los trozos encima del papel de hornear y con la ayuda de un rodillo extiende la primera bola de masa, tiene que quedar bien finita, unos 2 mm de grosor m\u00e1ximo.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1160\" class=\"direction-step\">Le puedes dar forma rectangular o redonda, esto al gusto. Si le das forma redonda usa la base de un molde de tartar como referencia.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1293\" class=\"direction-step\">Una vez tenga la forma y el grosor adecuado, aparta la masa y repite el proceso con la otra bola de masa que har\u00e1 de tapa. Con la punta de un cuchillo, haz agujeritos por toda la empanada para que no se infle o simplemente haz un agujero en el centro de la empanada.
