Si no tienes mucho tiempo, 2-3 horas ser\u00e1n suficiente, pero si puedes mucho mejor dejar la mezcla en la nevera durante toda la noche. Las alb\u00f3ndigas quedar\u00e1n mucho m\u00e1s jugosas y sabrosas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Sofre\u00edr las verduras hasta que est\u00e9n doradas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Caramelizar ligeramente o dorar bien las verduras es importante para extraer esos az\u00facares de las verduras y hacer que la salsa sea un poco m\u00e1s dulce y sencillamente m\u00e1s sabrosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Dorar las alb\u00f3ndigas y desglasar la cazuela<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cocinar las alb\u00f3ndigas hasta que est\u00e9n doradas, retirar la grasa extra de la cazuela y desglasar la sart\u00e9n con la salsa. <strong> Desglasar la sart\u00e9n <\/strong>agregar\u00e1 muchos sabores de la carne a la salsa, volvi\u00e9ndola un poco marr\u00f3n y haci\u00e9ndola mucho m\u00e1s
