class=\"direction-step\">Pon una sart\u00e9n mediana a calentar a fuego medio.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-41\" class=\"direction-step\">Pica el calabac\u00edn, el puerro y la manzana y cocinar con un poco de aceite y sal a fuego medio hasta que est\u00e9n bien pochados, unos 10 minutos. (puedes usar una picadora de verduras para dejarlos muy peque\u00f1os).<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-197\" class=\"direction-step\">Pica los filetes de bacalao. Puedes usar la picadora de verduras.
