calentar la nata, el az\u00facar, la leche y la c\u00e1scara de lim\u00f3n en una cazuela mediana a fuego medio. Revuelve suavemente para disolver el az\u00facar. Cocina unos 5 minutos si que llegue a hervir.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-231\" class=\"direction-step\">Agrega las hojas de gelatina escurridas y el zumo de lim\u00f3n. Mezcla muy bien.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-280\" class=\"direction-step\">Desecha la c\u00e1scara de lim\u00f3n y vierte la mezcla en los 4 moldes de flan.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-339\" class=\"direction-step\">Guarda en el frigor\u00edfico durante al menos 5 horas o toda la noche.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-386\" class=\"direction-step\">Para servir: Coloca los Moldes en un recipiente con agua caliente durante 10 segundos y despu\u00e9s col\u00f3calos boca abajo en el plato donde los vas a servir.
