Perfecto para una cena entre semana. El relleno es absolutamente delicioso en ambos casos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 tipo de col puedo usar para hacer rollitos de col?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greatbritishchefs.com\/how-to-cook\/how-to-cook-cabbage\"><strong>La col rizada<\/strong><\/a> es la cl\u00e1sica para hacer rollos de repollo, ya que casi no tiene tallo duro. \u00bfPuedo usar <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Napa_cabbage\">col china<\/a><\/strong> (col de kimchi)? Por supuesto, en realidad es mi favorito, ya que la parte del tallo o penca se queda muy blandito y sostiene el relleno perfectamente.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<hr class=\"direction-step\">Pon una olla grande con agua a hervir.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-42\" class=\"direction-step\">Separa 9 hojas de col y cu\u00e9celas en el agua muy caliente pero si que llegue a hervir. 8 minutos para la col china o 3 para la col rizada.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-171\" class=\"direction-step\">Enfr\u00eda las hojas de col en agua fr\u00eda y retira el exceso de agua con un pa\u00f1o de cocina limpio o papel de cocina.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-284\" class=\"direction-step direction-step-group\"><strong class=\"direction-step-group-title\">Relleno:<\/strong><\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-296\" class=\"direction-step\">Combina todos los ingredientes en un bol grande.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-341\" class=\"direction-step\">Coloca una hoja de col en una tabla de cortar y agregua 2 cucharadas del relleno casi en el borde del tallo o penca.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-451\" class=\"direction-step\">Enrolla la primera para del tallo de forma que el relleno se quede dentro, como un burrito.
