class=\"direction-step\">En un tarro o bol, mezcla el agua templada, la levadura y el az\u00facar. Deja reposar durante 8 minutos hasta que est\u00e9 lleno de burbujas y activada.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-97\" class=\"direction-step\">En un bol grande, coloca la harina, la sal y la levadura activada.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-170\" class=\"direction-step\">Lo puedes hacer en una amasadora: Mezcla a velocidad media-baja durante 10 minutos.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-223\" class=\"direction-step\">A mano: Mezcla con una cuchara durante 1 minuto, luego transfiere la masa a una superficie limpia y amasa durante 6-8 minutos m\u00e1s. La masa debe quedar suave y el\u00e1stica.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-370\" class=\"direction-step\">Form a ball and place in the same large bowl greased with some oil. Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until it has doubled in size. For me best place is the oven (off).<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-605\" class=\"direction-step\">Pon agua a hervir en una olla grande. Yo uso una cazuela grande pero baja.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-668\" class=\"direction-step\">Pon el horno a calentar a 200\u00b0C. Calor arriba y abajo.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-695\" class=\"direction-step\">Divide la masa en 8 trozos iguales y forma una bola con cada trozo.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-766\" class=\"direction-step\">Con un poco de harina en un dedo, presiona en el centro de cada bola de masa para formar una rosquilla.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-879\" class=\"direction-step\">Estira la rosquilla hasta crear un bagel de unos 10 cm de di\u00e1metro.
