(Ver el proceso en el video abajo)<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-145\" class=\"direction-step\">Saca el pulpo del agua y vuelve a sumergir las patas, esta vez 3-6 cent\u00edmetros.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-187\" class=\"direction-step\">Repite el proceso, metiendo el pulpo cada vez un poco m\u00e1s.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-268\" class=\"direction-step\">Esta procese har\u00e1 que las patas del pulpo se enrollen poco a poco y mantengas una forma homog\u00e9nea. De manera que se enrollen pero mantengan los lados planos por si quieres cocinar las patas a la brasa o a la plancha despu\u00e9s. Es un paso muy importante para que todas las patas se enrollen por igual.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-454\" class=\"direction-step\">Mete el pulpo entero en el agua y deja que hierva muy flojito durante 50 minutos.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-544\" class=\"direction-step\">Para ver si el pulpo est\u00e1 hecho, simplemente inserta la punta del cuchillo en la parte m\u00e1s gordita de una pata, la parte que est\u00e1 m\u00e1s cerca de la cabeza. Si la carne opone un poco de resistencia pero se inserta bien, est\u00e1 listo. Si no, deja cocer un poco m\u00e1s.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-717\" class=\"direction-step\">Pulpo listo para disfrutarlo. Corta las patas con una tijeras y est\u00e1 listo para hacer mil recetas.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-742\" class=\"direction-step\">Si no lo vas a consumir en el momento, deja que enfr\u00ede en un plato. Guarda en la nevera m\u00e1ximo durante 2 d\u00edas.
