Una tapa a base de verduras de temporada, berenjena, cebolla, ajo y muchas especias, que resulta perfecta para untar en una tostada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mi versi\u00f3n es un poco diferente ya que he usado la base de la receta original pero le he a\u00f1adido muchas m\u00e1s especias y arroz blanco, para darle a esta tapa el sabor y el parecido a la morcilla. Por supuesto que no es morcilla de verdad pero es divertido jugar con las recetas y crear alternativas si te apetece comer una tapa con toque a morcilla pero que en realidad es berenjena. Para poder sorprender amigos con recetas diferentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La clave sin duda son usar especias de calidad, <a href=\"https:\/\/colmadosingular.com\/categoria-producto\/especias-puras\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">estas en particular me gustan mucho<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un truco que funciona de maravilla es dorar las especias en una sart\u00e9n a fuego bajito. Se vuelven mucho m\u00e1s fragantes y el resultado va a ser mucho m\u00e1s sabroso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ya me contar\u00e1s si has conseguido enga\u00f1ar a alguien con esta
