Normalmente la uso para hacer tarta red velvet o este pan maravilloso, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rootsandcook.com\/es\/pan-de-soda-irlandes\/\">Irish soda bread.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pero hace poco me anim\u00e9 a testear una receta nueva, masa de pizza con suero de leche. Cuando la quieras usar, deja que se descongele poco a poco en la nevera toda la noche y te atempere en la encimera un par de horas antes de estirarla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-amasadora\">Amasadora<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La amasadora que yo uso siempre para hacer la masa de la pizza o del pan es la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/4fteC5h\">Kenwood kMix<\/a><\/strong>, maravillosa. Agrega ralladura de <strong>lim\u00f3n, pimienta negra y albahaca fresca<\/strong> bien picada a la creme fraiche. Luego agrega los toppings cl\u00e1sicos, <strong>bacon<\/strong> y <strong>cebolleta<\/strong> en tiras. Mi amasadora en la <strong><a rel=\"\" aria-label=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/4fteC5h\" target=\"_blank\">Kenwood kMix<\/a><\/strong> y estoy feliz con ella.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-149\" class=\"direction-step\"><strong>A mano: <\/strong>Empieza mezclando los ingredientes con una cuchara de madera o una esp\u00e1tula.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-249\" class=\"direction-step\">Pasa la masa a la encimera limpia y espolvoreada con harina.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-300\" class=\"direction-step\">Amasa durante unos 8 minutos.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-351\" class=\"direction-step\">Engrasa un bol grande con un poco de aceite de oliva y coloca la bola de masa en el fondo. Cubre con film transparente o con un pa\u00f1o limpio el bol.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-472\" class=\"direction-step\">Deja que la masa <strong>suba<\/strong> en un sitio c\u00e1lido durante unas <strong>2 horas<\/strong> o hasta que duplique su volumen. En mi cocina a 21\u00baC ha tardado 2 horas.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-591\" class=\"direction-step\">Precalienta el horno a 250\u00baC. Calor arriba y abajo.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-651\" class=\"direction-step\">Aplasta la masa para quitar el aire.
