Pasados 15 minutos retira la cebolla del agua y seca muy bien con papel de cocina. Esto har\u00e1 que la cebolla no pique tanto.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-255\" class=\"direction-step direction-step-group\"><strong class=\"direction-step-group-title\">Leche de tigre:<\/strong><\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-272\" class=\"direction-step\">En un bol mediano coloca: 2 cubitos de hielo, el zumo de las limas, el zumo de naranja, el cilantro picado, el ajo laminado y el jengibre. Deja que infusione durante 15 minutos.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-443\" class=\"direction-step\">Pasa la mezcla por un colador y reserva el l\u00edquido (leche de tigre).
