Esta es mi versi\u00f3n de la receta cl\u00e1sica con mucha m\u00e1s verdura, que le va de maravilla a esa salsita tan especial. De manera que no tengas miedo de a\u00f1adirle verduras a la receta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 tipo de verduras le puedo a\u00f1adir?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pimiento rojo, bok choy, col china, green onion o ajos tiernos, berenjena, tirabeques, coliflor, br\u00f3coli&#8230; combinan de maravilla con la salsa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La clave para que la berenjena quede muy blandita:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SI quieres conseguir una berenjena muy blandita y melosa, la clave es dejarla en agua con sal unos 30 minutos. Cortas la berenjena en bastoncitos y la dejas en agua con sal. Luego simplemente la escurres y al wok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-coblocks-dynamic-separator\" style=\"height:50px\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Receta completa en <a los bastoncitos de berenjena en un bol con agua y 1 cucharada de sal. Mientras, prepara el resto de ingredientes.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1683470761366884\" class=\"direction-step direction-step-group\"><strong class=\"direction-step-group-title\">Pollo:<\/strong><\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1683470766219969\" class=\"direction-step\">En un bol mediano, coloca el pollo junto con la salsa de soja, el ajo y el jengibre rallado, la pimienta negra y la maizena. Mezcla todo muy bien. Reserva.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1683470779900974\" class=\"direction-step direction-step-group\"><strong class=\"direction-step-group-title\">Salsa:<\/strong><\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16834707834311003\" class=\"direction-step\">Mezcla todos los ingredientes de la salsa en un bol peque\u00f1o. Reserva.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16834708510971884\" class=\"direction-step\">Pon 1 cucharada de aceite a calentar en un wok, a fuego alto. Agrega el pollo y deja que se dore un minuto por cada lado. Pasa el pollo a un plato, luego lo acabaremos de cocinar.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16834709344812673\" class=\"direction-step\">Agrega los anacardos al wok y d\u00f3ralos. Cuidado que se queman muy r\u00e1pido. Una vez dorados, res\u00e9rvalos junto con el pollo.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16834709786323346\" class=\"direction-step\">Pon otra cucharada de aceite a calentar en el wok a fuego fuerte. A\u00f1ade los ajos laminados y deja que se doren unos segundos. A\u00f1ade el resto de verduras: la berenjena escurrida, el pimiento rojo, la cebolla y el green onion. Cocina unos 2-3 minutos al wok.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16834710693644379\" class=\"direction-step\">Cuando las verduras est\u00e9n un poco doradas pero sigan firmes, agrega la salsa, el pollo y los anacardos. Mezcla y cocina otros 2-3 minutos.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16834711296125036\" class=\"direction-step\">Sirve en 2 platos y agrega un poco de semillas de s\u00e9samo por encima (opcional).
