Coloca los calamares sellados o sin sellar en la cazuela, agrega la salta y cocina durante 1 hora a fuego bajo, o hasta que los calamares est\u00e9n muy tiernos.<\/p>\n\n<hr Agrega las cabezas de las gambas y deja que se doren unos 2 minutos. Aplasta las cabezas para sacar los jugos. S\u00e1calas de la cazuela y descarta.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-195\" class=\"direction-step\">Agrega 1 cucharada de aceite a la misma cazuela con los jugos pegaditos al fondo y cocina la cebolla, el ajo y el pimiento a fuego medio un par de minutos.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-357\" class=\"direction-step\">Agrega sal, el piment\u00f3n y el tomate cocentrado, mezcla para que no se queme.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-408\" class=\"direction-step\">Agrega el whisky para desglasar la sart\u00e9n y cocina un par de minutos.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-454\" class=\"direction-step\">A\u00f1ade el chupito y deja que se cocine y evapore un para de minutos. Agrega 1 taza de agua, las almendras y el perejil. Cocina a fuego bajo unos 20 minutos o hasta que el relleno est\u00e9 listo.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-553\" class=\"direction-step direction-step-group\"><strong class=\"direction-step-group-title\">Relleno<\/strong><\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-564\" class=\"direction-step\">Pon 2 cucharadas de aceite a calentar en unas sart\u00e9n mediana a fuego medio.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-635\" class=\"direction-step\">Agrega la cebolla, el ajo, el pimiento y un poco de sal, cocina unos 5 minutos.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-705\" class=\"direction-step\">A\u00f1ade las gambas picadas, el jam\u00f3n y los tent\u00e1culos y aletas de los calamares. Cocina a fuego fuerte unos 4 minutos.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-802\" class=\"direction-step\">Agrega el whisky para desglasar la sart\u00e9n y cocina un par de minutos.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-848\" class=\"direction-step\">Apaga el fuego e incorpora el huevo cocido, mezcla. El relleno est\u00e1 listo.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-919\" class=\"direction-step\">Bate la salsa hasta que quede muy cremosa, rectifica la sal. Reserva.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-990\" class=\"direction-step\">Relleno 3\/4 partes de los calamares con el relleno y ci\u00e9rralos con un palilo.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16745581893762540\" class=\"direction-step\">Coloca los calamares en la olla lenta o p\u00e1salos por la sart\u00e9n caliente unos 30 segundos para dorarlos un poco.
