Unos 15 minutos.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-104\" class=\"direction-step\">Pela las patatas cuando a\u00fan est\u00e9n calientes y p\u00e1salos por un pasapur\u00e9s. A\u00f1ade leche caliente, 1 cucharada de aceite, sal y el piment\u00f3n. Mezcla todo bien hasta conseguir un pur\u00e9 cremoso. Reserva en una cazuela peque\u00f1a para poder darle un \u00faltimo golpe de calor si quieres el pur\u00e9 caliente.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-385\" class=\"direction-step direction-step-group\"><strong class=\"direction-step-group-title\">Alioli negro<\/strong><\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-401\" class=\"direction-step\">En un bol peque\u00f1o, mezcla el alioli con la tinta de chipir\u00f3n. Guarda en la nevera.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-486\" class=\"direction-step direction-step-group\"><strong class=\"direction-step-group-title\">Pulpo a la plancha<\/strong><\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-505\" class=\"direction-step\">Pon una sart\u00e9n grande a calentar con una gota de aceite. Dora las patas de pulpo por los dos lados, 1-2 minutos por cada lado.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-632\" class=\"direction-step\">Emplatado. Coloca una cucharada de Parmentier de patata en un lado del plato y sobre el pur\u00e9 unas gotas de alioli negro con la ayuda de una cuchara peque\u00f1ita. Coloca en el otro lado del plato el pulpo.
