Pimiento rojo, berenjena, cebolla y ajo, asados en el horno con caballa ahumada holandesa. Una combinaci\u00f3n diferente para una ensalada de verano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yo he usado caballa ahumada pero puedes usar at\u00fan, bonito, anchoas o simplemente pasar del pescado y mantenerlo 100% vegano.
