(prefiero que hagas la base de aceite, es simplemente deliciosa), pero si no tienes tiempo y quieres hacerlo con hojaldre, adelante \ud83d\ude42 Simplemente ajusta los tiempos de horneado a lo que mediano, coloca todos estos ingredientes: harina, az\u00facar, sal, levadura y aceite de oliva.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-145\" class=\"direction-step\">Mezcla con una cuchara poco a poco y rompe las bolitas grandes que se forman, con la mano o con la parte de atr\u00e1s de la cuchara.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-204\" class=\"direction-step\">Agrega el agua fr\u00eda al bol y sigue mezclando. Primero con la cuchara y luego con las manos.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-282\" class=\"direction-step\">Pasa la masa a la encimera limpia y amasa con las manos un par de minutos, no m\u00e1s.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-342\" class=\"direction-step\">Dale forma de cuadrado a la masa, de unos 2-3 cm de grosos y envu\u00e9lvelo en film transparente. Guarda en la nevera durante 1 hora.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-439\" class=\"direction-step\">Llega la primera parte &#8220;divertida: Coloca la masa en la encimera limpia y est\u00edrala con el rodillo poco a poco hasta que tenga unos 3 mm de grosos. Es una masa duda y cuesta estirarla con lo cual paciencia y m\u00fasica de fondo \ud83d\ude09 A mi me ha costado 6 minutos estirarla.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-611\" class=\"direction-step\">Agrega la cucharada de aceite de oliva sobre la masa estirada y rep\u00e1rtela por toda la superficie con la ayuda de una brocha.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-667\" class=\"direction-step\">Enrolla la masa en un rollito suelto.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-709\" class=\"direction-step\">Aplasta el centro del rollito con la palma de las manos primero y luego dale un poco con el rodillo para extenderla un pel\u00edn, no mucho.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-789\" class=\"direction-step\">Dobla ambos lados al centro creando dos plieges. Tienes que formar un rect\u00e1ngulo peque\u00f1o.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-862\" class=\"direction-step\">Vuelve a envolver la masa en el film transparente y guarda en la nevera m\u00ednimo 30 minutos y hasta 3 d\u00edas.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-957\" class=\"direction-step direction-step-group\"><strong class=\"direction-step-group-title\">Mezcla de feta<\/strong><\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-973\" class=\"direction-step\">Mezcla todos los ingredientes en un bol mediano. Reserva.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1036\" class=\"direction-step direction-step-group\"><strong class=\"direction-step-group-title\">Tartaletas<\/strong><\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1045\" class=\"direction-step\">Corta los tomates en rodajas de 1 cm de grosos, necesitas 8 rodajas.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1111\" class=\"direction-step\">Pon el horno a calentar a 180\u00b0C, calor arriba y abajo.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1138\" class=\"direction-step\">Vuelve a estirar la masa poco a poco y con paciencia hasta obtener una l\u00e1mina de unos 2 mm de grosos. Lo m\u00e1s fino que puedas sin que se rompa.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1193\" class=\"direction-step\">Usa un aro de emplatar de unso 4.5 cm de di\u00e1metro y corta discos de la masa, salen 8 discos.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1250\" class=\"direction-step\">Impregna un molde met\u00e1lico de 8 magdalena con un poco de aceite.
