A\u00f1ade una buena ensalada y tienes una cena de 10.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mi ensalada favorita en esta \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o y que le va de lujo a las berenjenas rellenas, es esta <a href=\"https:\/\/rootsandcook.com\/es\/ensalada-de-kale\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ENSALADA DE KALE.<\/a> Normalmento la hago sin los garbanzos cuando la uso de a 200\u00b0C. Hazles unos peque\u00f1os cortes en la carne, sin llegar a la piel. A\u00f1ade un poco de sal.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-120\" class=\"direction-step\">Agrega un poco de aceite al papel del horno.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-158\" class=\"direction-step\">Coloca las berenjena en la placa de horno con la parde del corte o carne tocando la planca. Que la parte negro quede para arriba y la blana para abajo.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-265\" class=\"direction-step\">Hornea durante 20 minutos a 200\u00b0C.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-294\" class=\"direction-step\">Mientras, vamos con el relleno.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-331\" class=\"direction-step direction-step-group\"><strong class=\"direction-step-group-title\">Relleno<\/strong><\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-343\" class=\"direction-step\">Pon a calentar 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva en una sart\u00e9n grande a fuego medio.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-417\" class=\"direction-step\">A\u00f1ade toda la verdura picada: cebolla, ajo, pimiento y zanahoria.<br \/><em>*Le puedes poner 1-2 lonchas de jam\u00f3n muy bien picaditos junto con las verduras.<\/em><\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-587\" class=\"direction-step\">Cocina hasta que est\u00e9n blandito y doraditos, unos 5 minutos.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-632\" class=\"direction-step\">Agrega la carne picada. Deja que se cocine y se dore, mientras rompres los trocos grandes con una pala de madera.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-715\" class=\"direction-step\">A\u00f1ade el tomate y el vino blanco. Cocina otros 2 minutos.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-789\" class=\"direction-step\">Agrega la harina y mezcla muy bien. Cocina la harina 1 minuto.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-874\" class=\"direction-step\">A\u00f1ade la leche y sin dejar de mezclar sube el fuego.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-911\" class=\"direction-step\">Deja que se cocine, mezclando a menudo durante unos 5 minutos. Tiene que quedar cremoso, si se seca mucho, a\u00f1ade un poco m\u00e1s de leche.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-957\" class=\"direction-step\">En este punto la berenjena estar\u00e1 lista. Saca la berenjena del horno.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1022\" class=\"direction-step\">Da la vuela a cada trozo de berenjena y con cuidado y ayuda de una cuchara, saca toda la carne. Cuidado que la piel no se rompa.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1109\" class=\"direction-step\">Pica un poco la carne de berenjena y a\u00f1\u00e1dela a la sart\u00e9n, mezcla todo el relleno.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1171\" class=\"direction-step\">Rellena las pieles de berenjena con el relleno.
