Y si os digo la verdad, la mejor parte de esos tacos son las verduras al horno, blanditas y jugosas. As\u00ed que hace un par de semanas decid\u00ed hacerlos en casa con una salsa de yogur y ajo. \u00a1Quedaron brutales! y no ech\u00e9 en falta la carne en absoluto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rootsandcook.com\/es\/?s=tacos\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tacos<\/a> de verduras que vamos a asar en el horno con salsa de yogur y ajo<\/strong>, la mejor combinaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He usado yogur normal, pero se puede cambiar por yogur de soja o de coco para que sea <strong>100 % <a href=\"https:\/\/rootsandcook.com\/es\/?s=vegan\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">vegano<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Puedo aseguraros que son de lejos mis <strong>TACOS FAVORITOS<\/strong>. 200\u00baC.<br \/>Colocar en una bandeja de horno las verduras cortadas en tiras: champi\u00f1ones, pimiento rojo y verde, cebolla y zanahoria.<br \/>A\u00f1ade 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva, sal, pimienta y ajo en polvo. Mezcla bien.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-246\" class=\"direction-step\">Al horno, unos 25 minutos, hasta que la verdura se dore.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-305\" class=\"direction-step direction-step-group\"><strong class=\"direction-step-group-title\"><\/strong><strong><span><span>Salsa de yogur y ajo<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-359\" class=\"direction-step\">En un procesador de alimentos combina el yogur, aceite de oliva, zumo de lima, ajo, comino, sat y pimienta. Bate hasta que quede cremoso. P\u00e1salo a un bol y a\u00f1ade las aceitunas picadas, mezcla. Reserva en el frigor\u00edfico hasta que montes los tacos. Aguanta hasta 5 d\u00edss en la nevera en un bote bien cerrado.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-661\" class=\"direction-step direction-step-group\"><strong class=\"direction-step-group-title\">TOPPINGS<\/strong><\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-673\" class=\"direction-step\">Prepara la <strong>cebolla roja<\/strong> para quitarle el picor y dejarlo crujiente.<br \/>Coloca la cebolla roja cortada muy fina en un bol con agua fr\u00eda y 2 hielos. D\u00e9jalo en el bol unos 15-20 minutos, luego quita el agua.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-895\" class=\"direction-step\"><strong>Aguacate<\/strong>. Coloca el aguacate cortado en l\u00e1minas en un bol. A\u00f1ade 1 cucharada de zumo de lima, sal y pimienta. Mezcla y reserva.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1041\" class=\"direction-step direction-step-group\"><strong class=\"direction-step-group-title\">MONTAJE<\/strong><\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1052\" class=\"direction-step\">Calienta las tortillas en el horno o en una sart\u00e9n (muy caliente sin nada de aceite).<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1139\" class=\"direction-step\">A\u00f1ade la salsa de yogurt y ajo en una tortilla y esp\u00e1rcela.<br \/>Coloca encima las verduras asadas, el aguacate y la cebolla roja.
