Os aseguro que es una combinaci\u00f3n muy rica y espero que los prob\u00e9is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yo le he puesto un poco de Gorgonzola a la salsa de verduras, pero puedes Pela y corta la cebolla, a\u00f1\u00e1dela a la cazuela. Pela y corta el resto de ingredientes mientras que la cebolla se dora.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-250\" class=\"direction-step\">A\u00f1ade el resto de verduras a la cazuela y a\u00f1ade agua. Deja cocer a fuego bajo 20 minutos. A\u00f1ade sal, pimienta y nuez moscada al gusto.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-385\" class=\"direction-step\">A\u00f1ade el queso o la levadura nutricional y bate todo muy bien hasta conseguir una crema suave. A\u00f1ade el vino y el agua. Mezcla y deja que se cocine unos 30 minutos hasta que los champi\u00f1ones est\u00e9n blanditos y tenga una textura espesa.
