Personalmente me encanta el relleno con lentejas. Simplemente cambia la carne por lentejas de bote y ajusta los tiempos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cocina el relleno durante 2 horas en ALTA en vez de 3 que necesita la carne y luego cocina 1 hora m\u00e1s en ALTA con las placas (pasta) de lasa\u00f1a ya dentro. class=\"directions-list\"><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-0\" class=\"direction-step\">Pon a calentar 1 cucharada de aceite en una sart\u00e9n grande.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-59\" class=\"direction-step\">An\u00e3de toda la verdura picada: cebolla, ajo, berenjena, calabac\u00edn, apio, pimiento y zanahoria. Cocina a fuego alto un par de minutos, para que se dore un poco. Transfiere a la olla lenta.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-246\" class=\"direction-step\">Pon a calentar 1 cucharada de aceite en la misma sart\u00e9n a fuego alto.<br \/>Sazona la carne con sal y pimienta. Agrega la carne a la sart\u00e9n y desmen\u00fazado un poco con una pala de madera. Deja que se cocine sin moverlo mucho para que se dore. Unos 5 minutos.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-500\" class=\"direction-step\">Agrega el vino tinto y deja que se cocine unos 2 minutos. Transfiere a la olla lenta.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-587\" class=\"direction-step\">A\u00f1ade el tomate, la canela y el or\u00e9gano a la olla. Mezcla con la pala de madera. Coloca la tapa y deja que se cocine durante 3 horas en ALTA.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-730\" class=\"direction-step direction-step-group\"><strong class=\"direction-step-group-title\"><\/strong><strong>Bechamel:<\/strong><\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-759\" class=\"direction-step\">Cuando al relleno de carne le queden 10 minutos: En un cazo mediano pon a calentar la mantequilla a fuego medio.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-870\" class=\"direction-step\">Cuando se derrita a\u00f1ade la harina y remueve durante un par de minutos. Agrega la leche poco a poco sin dejar de remover. A\u00f1ade sal, pimienta y un poco de nuez moscada. Cuando a\u00f1adas toda la leche baja el fuego al m\u00ednimo y espera a que hierva, sin dejar de remover. Deja que hierva a fuego bajo durante 5-6 minutos hasta que espese. Reserva.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1214\" class=\"direction-step direction-step-group\"><strong class=\"direction-step-group-title\">Montaje:<\/strong><\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1226\" class=\"direction-step\">Cuando el relleno est\u00e9 listo: Rompe las placas de lasa\u00f1a por la mitad. Usa las manos.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1313\" class=\"direction-step\">Coge 4 trozos y col\u00f3calos encima del relleno de carne. Con la ayuda de la pala de madera, empuja cada trozo de placa al fondo de la olla.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1451\" class=\"direction-step\">Coge otros 4 trozos y repite el proceso, pero esta vez no empujes las placas hasta el fondo.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1544\" class=\"direction-step\">Coloca las \u00faltimas placas en la superficie.
