Ese toque doradito y caramelizado que se aporta asarlas me parece riqu\u00edsimo. Una buena col en rodajas y con tus especias favoritas. Personalmente me gusta hacerla de manera sencilla, con sal, pimienta y un poco de ajo en polvo, pero de pueder dar alegr\u00eda sin miedo. Puedes usar guindilla en polvo, c\u00farcuma o incluso un poco de curry en polvo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La clave <\/strong>est\u00e1 siempre en dejar espacio entre las verduras cuando las asamos al horno. Si dejamos espacio entre las rodajas o trozos de verdura, permitir\u00e1 que el vapor salga y la verdura se caramelice. Corta la col en rodajas de unos 2 cent\u00edmetro de grosos.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-632045e4c79e8\" class=\"direction-step\">Coloca las rodajas de col encima de la bandeja de horno.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-632045e4c79ea\" class=\"direction-step\">A\u00f1ade un poquito de aceite a cada rodaja y sazona con sal, pimienta y un poco de ajo en polvo. Agrega un poco de tomillo u or\u00e9gano seco si te apetece. Por supuesto puedes cambiar las esp\u00e9cias y a\u00f1adirle la mezcla que m\u00e1s te guste. Dale la vuelta a las rodajas y repite por el otro lado. Aceite y sazona.<br \/><em><strong>CONSEJO:<\/strong> Aseg\u00farate de dejar espacio entre las rodajas, que no se toquen entre ellas.<\/em><\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16630690603242165\" class=\"direction-step\">Hornea durante 30 &#8211; 35 min\u00fatos, hasta que la verdura est\u00e9 blandita y bien doradita.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"recipe-card-notes\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"notes-title\">Notes<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"recipe-card-notes-list\"><li> Si te gusta el curry, le puedes poner un poco de curry en polvo.
