Lista en menos de 20 minutos y perfecta para comer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Me encanta preparar <a href=\"https:\/\/rootsandcook.com\/es\/chips-de-kale-con-parmesano\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">chips o crujientes de kale<\/a> con todo el kale que saco del huerto, pero hacer siempre lo mismo aburre y la cosa a veces no est\u00e1 como para encender el horno \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por eso, esta ensalada es perfecta para disfrutar en pleno verano, ya que es fresca y llena de sabor. Perfecto para comer o cenar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Puedes hacer simplemente la ensalada de kale o kale ali\u00f1ado y usarlo como entrante o acompa\u00f1amiento de otra cosa. Pero si le a\u00f1ades los garbanzos crujientes vas a tener un plato muy completo para comer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personalmente me gusta usar <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cheese.com\/parmesan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">parmesano<\/a> como parte del ali\u00f1o pero tambi\u00e9n puedes usar pecorino o cualquier queso curado. Cocina a fuego medio durante unos 10 minutos.
