Mi versi\u00f3n de la receta del libro 6 estaciones de Joshua McFadden con m\u00e1s verdura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En agosto en<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rootsandcook.com\/es\/categoria\/huerto-urbano\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">huerto urbano<\/a><\/strong> produce 5-6 calabacines a las semana con lo cual necesitaba alguna receta para usar de golpe unas cuantas. Y esta receta es perfecta para eso. Adem\u00e1s si te gusta adelantar las comidas y haces batch cooking a\u00f1ade esta receta a tus b\u00e1sicos, te soluciona un par de cenas seguro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sobre Deja que se pochen a fuego medio, unos 6 minutos.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-760\" class=\"direction-step\">Agrega el tomillo (mejor fresco si tienes) y deja que se cocine 1 minuto m\u00e1s.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-838\" class=\"direction-step\">Cuando el calabac\u00edn est\u00e9 listo, coloca una capa de calabac\u00edn doradito en una cazuela o recipiente apto para el horno.
