Lleno de burbujas y muy ligera que casi parece que desaparece en la boca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por supuesto que puedes usar lim\u00f3n si lo quieres hace ya, y no tienes limas en casa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00bfQue no tienes ni lim\u00f3n ni limas en casa? <\/strong>Tambi\u00e9n puedes usar naranja o incluso zumo de pi\u00f1a. Esto segura que queda buen\u00edsimo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Normalmente, casi todas las recetas de mousse de lima o lim\u00f3n llevan leche condensada y nata, lo cual las hace muy pesadas y no hace falta para conseguir la textura de mousse. P\u00e1salo a un bol y mezcla con la mantequilla derretida.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-162\" class=\"direction-step\">Pasa la mezcla a 4 tarros de cristal y presiona la mezcla de galletas con una cuchara hasta conseguir una capa homog\u00e9nea y nivelada. Guardar en la nevera.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-249\" class=\"direction-step\">En un bol peque\u00f1o, mezcla el yogur, el zumo de lima y la ralladura de lima. Reserva.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-326\" class=\"direction-step\">En un bol grande, bate las claras y el az\u00facar hasta conseguir un merengue. Usa una batidora de varillas a velocidad media-alta.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-418\" class=\"direction-step\">Incorpora la mitad de la mezcla de yogur y lima al merengue. Con la ayuda de una esp\u00e1tula integra todo haciendo movimientos envolventes. Cuando se integre, agrega la otra mitad del yogur y vuelve a mezclar.
