Con lo cual estoy experimentanto con un mont\u00f3n de recetas. Y os digo que este brownie de calabac\u00edn con chocolate es sin duda algo que repetir\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jugoso y lleno de chocolate, no se le puede pedir m\u00e1s. Unos 3 minutos.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-122\" class=\"direction-step\">Agrega el caramelo de d\u00e1tiles y bate.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-156\" class=\"direction-step\">Derrite el chocolate en el micro en intervalos de 15 segundos para que no se queme.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-193\" class=\"direction-step\">Agrega el chocolate derretido, el aceite de oliva, la vainilla y la leche. Mezcla hasta integrar.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-277\" class=\"direction-step\">A\u00f1ade la harina, el cacao en polvo, el bicarbonato y la sal. Mezcla muy bien con la batidora.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-346\" class=\"direction-step\">Incorpora el calabac\u00edn rallado y bate.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-371\" class=\"direction-step\">Moja un papel de horno con un poco de agua y col\u00f3calo en el recipiente negro de la olla lenta. Si tienes un molde puedes usar un molde pero no hace falta, el recipiente negro nos hace de molde. Vierte la mezcla dentro de la olla lenta.<br \/>Coloca un trapo de cocina limpio debajo de la tapa y ci\u00e9rralo. Esto har\u00e1 que el agua que se condensa no caiga al bizcocho.<br \/>Cocina 2 horas en ALTA.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-602\" class=\"direction-step\">Cuando pase este tiempo pincha con un cuchillo para asegurarte que est\u00e1 hecho. Si sale limpio apaga la olla lenta, y si sale sucio cocina otros 20-30 minutos m\u00e1s.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-684\" class=\"direction-step\">Coloca el brownie en una tabla o plato y a\u00f1ade el chocolate del topping si lo quieres con extra de chocolate.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-785\" class=\"direction-step\">Topping: Derrite el chocolate en el micro. Agrega el aceite de oliva y m\u00e9zclalo bien.
