Quer\u00eda hacer algo sencillo pero con alg\u00fan toque fresquito. El resultado no me pudo gustar m\u00e1s. class=\"direction-step\">Corta las hojas verdes del hinojo con un cuchillo y corta el bulbo a lo largo en l\u00e1minas de unos 3-4 mm de grosos.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-124\" class=\"direction-step\">Coloca las l\u00e1minas en la bandeja de horno en la cual has colocado papel de horno. Es importante dejar espacio entre verdura y verdura para que no se cuezan y realmente se asen bien.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-219\" class=\"direction-step\">En un bol peque\u00f1o, mezcla el tomillo junto con el ajo, aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta negra.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-284\" class=\"direction-step\">Con la ayuda de un pincel, pincela cada l\u00e1mina de hinojo por ambos lados.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-322\" class=\"direction-step\">Mete la bandeja al horno y deja que la verdura se ase durante 30 &#8211; 35 minutos. Tiene que quedan blandito y doradito, caramelizado por la parte de abajo.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-407\" class=\"direction-step\">Mientras prepara el ali\u00f1o. Pica el tomate y las aceitunas en daditos peque\u00f1os. P\u00e1salo a un bol peque\u00f1o.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-485\" class=\"direction-step\">Agrega el or\u00e9gano, el aceite de oliva y la pimienta.
