Es tradicional de la<strong>cocina siria.<\/strong> Normalmente de usa como un untable, como el hummus, para tomar con pan pero queda buen\u00edsimo en tostadas o con pescado a la plancha.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De modo que he decidido combinarlo con unos buenos <a href=\"https:\/\/rootsandcook.com\/es\/sepia-a-la-plancha-con-ajo-y-perejil\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">calamares<\/a> a la plancha \ud83d\ude42 la combinaci\u00f3n ha sido todo un \u00e9xito.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Usa verdura de temporada:<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La idea para completar este plato era saltear verduras en tiras tipo noodles, usando acelgas. Pero como esta semana no ten\u00edan acelgas en el <a href=\"https:\/\/dehaagsemarkt.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mercado<\/a>, tuve que tirar de plan B y usar jud\u00edas verdes. Puedes usar jud\u00edas verdes, acelgas, pak choi o incluso calabac\u00edn en tiras finas &#8220;zoodles&#8221; y saltearlas con un poco de ajo. La combinaci\u00f3n de las verduras con los calamares a la plancha y el muhammara es BRUTAL.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Las acelgas<\/strong>, <strong>jud\u00edas verdes<\/strong> Bate hasta conseguir una mezcla cremosa. Cuando empiece a hervir a\u00f1ade las jud\u00edas y cu\u00e9celas durante 3-4 minutos. Cuela y enfr\u00edalas r\u00e1pidamente bajo el grifo. Reserva.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-374\" class=\"direction-step\">Pon una cucharadita de aceite a calentar en una sart\u00e9n grande a fuego medio.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-440\" class=\"direction-step\">A\u00f1ade el ajo laminado y deja que se dore 1 minuto. Agrega las jud\u00edas y salt\u00e9alas un par de minutos. Coloca las jud\u00edas en una fuente o platos individuales.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-165461050651647\" class=\"direction-step direction-step-group\"><strong class=\"direction-step-group-title\">Calamar<\/strong><\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-550\" class=\"direction-step\">Por la sart\u00e9n al fuego otra vez con 1 cucharadita de aceite, fuego algo.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-621\" class=\"direction-step\">Seca muy bien los calamares con papel de cocina. A\u00f1ade un poco de sal por ambos lados.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-724\" class=\"direction-step\">Cocina los calamares 1-2 minutos por cada lado.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-761\" class=\"direction-step\">Col\u00f3calos encima de las jud\u00edas verdes y a\u00f1ade una cucharadita de muhammasa encima de cada una.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16545383551436807\" class=\"direction-step\">Agrega un poco de ralladura de lim\u00f3n encima de cada calamar.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"recipe-card-notes\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"notes-title\">Notes<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"recipe-card-notes-list\"><li>La receta oficial de muhammara lleva melaza de granada, pero no es f\u00e1cil de encontrar, que esto no te frene.
